Be specific in your Explanation for Return — describe what's actually wrong with the particular item. The reason dropdown is only a general category; the real specifics belong in the explanation box. If you're returning multiple items or selecting "Other," call out which item each comment applies to. Vague explanations will require follow-up before we can authorize the return.
